- We are experiencing a number of patients who give no indication of their availability, which is increasing the number of wasted appointments. If you don’t indicate your availability, we will assume you are available at any time between 8am – 6.30pm.
- Multiple triage requests on the same day could cause delays to treatment, please highlight to us if you already have an unanswered request.
- Triage is now open 8am – 6.30pm. We aim to give an appointment on the same day or next day. Please only submit a triage request if you are available over the next 2 working days.
- Please note, whilst it is possible to submit a form outside of these hours if you have already started it, it won’t be checked until next working day between 8am – 6:30pm.
