If you arrive more than 10 minutes after the scheduled start time of your appointment it is likely that you may be asked to rebook. In unique circumstances the clinician may still see you so please leave enough time to get to the surgery and find a parking space if you bring your car.

Missed Appointments

Any appointment cancelled on the day is classed a Did Not Attend. The practice monitors non-attendance. Patients who repeatedly fail to attend may have the appointment booking facility removed from their online services. Missing three appointments or more may result in a patient being asked to register with a different practice.
