Getting your test results
If your test results show that you need more tests or treatment, we will contact you. The quickest way to view your results is via your online medical record using the NHS App or SytmOnline medical record account.
Once a doctor has reviewed your test results, you can view them:
- in your NHS account (through the NHS website or NHS App)
- in your SystmOnline account
- use the Accurx service to request your results are sent to you
- by phoning us on 01525 715300 and we will tell you what the results are
- as a text message, if you have consented and it is applicable
Blood test results request
If you’ve had a recent blood test, we will advise of the GPs comment for the result. We will send the response via email or text.
If any follow up is required, the surgery will be in contact with you to arrange this in a dedicated appointment slot.
