We will screen your request to check if any tests are needed. We may be able to reauthorise your medications based on test results or you may need a medication review with one of our Pharmacist team. We will get in touch to let you know if an appointment is needed.

Please be aware that the response may not be immediate and you can continue to order your medication in the normal way.
