Flitwick surgery is pleased to announce that we will be supporting the Covid vaccination booster programme this Spring 2024.
Our next vaccination clinic is scheduled for 3 May 2024.
After that point we will have appointments available each week in May on a Friday, for anyone eligible who was not able to attend our large clinics on 26 April and 3 May 2024. These are not walk in appointments.

The Spring booster roll out is for a smaller cohort than the Autumn roll out (set to start in October 2024).
It is for all those who are:
- aged 75+ (including those due to turn 75 years of age on or before 30 June 2024)
- individuals aged 18 to 74 years who are immunosuppressed (as per national criteria)
All eligible patients, identified through their clinical record, will be contacted and invited to one of our clinics in the coming weeks. We will be vaccinating through April and May 2024.
The criteria for immunosuppression is set nationally. We will invite all those eligible, based on their clinical record, but if you believe you are immunosuppressed and have not been invited then please contact the surgery and we can review your medical record. However, please be aware that we cannot vaccinate anyone who does not fall within the national guidance.
