Minor Surgery – joint injections, ingrowing toe nails, sebaceous cysts and irritating and infected skin tags – Service to Patients

We are now able to offer appointments on a weekly basis on Wednesday mornings for the removal of minor problems such as:

Ingrowing toe nails

Symptomatic skin tags (so those that catch on clothing, are an irritation and become regularly infected)

Sebaceous Cysts

Small lumps and bumps such as Lipomas, which are small fatty lumps that form under the skin and proving irritating and can become infected.

Joint injections for example (this is not an exhaustive list): trigger finger, knee osteo-arthritis, frozen shoulders

These requests will be reviewed by a GP to check if you are eligible and this is the correct treatment.  You may be asked for further information and put on a waiting list.
