Our website provider experienced problems on Monday and Tuesday this week, which in turn meant that patients were not able to access the Practice website and the link to our online triage request for medical and administrative enquiries.
Whilst this was not a problem of the practice’s making we would like to apologise to our patients for any inconvenience this may have caused.
Should this happen again please do bear in mind that the online triage form to request appointments or advice can be accessed directly via the following link: Florey (accurx.com). It can also be accessed via the NHS App, which a lot of our patients now use.
Should there be any problems with accessing the online request form then patients can still call or visit the practice for assistance and advice.
